Proven track record managing complex government jobs (e.g., SCIF, secure facilities). Experience with USACE and NAVFAC projects. Familiarity with federal contracting processes and documentation. Certifications: OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, EM 385-1 compliance. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software. Ability to interpret construction drawings and government specifications.
