Learn more about us at www.globalpowerconstruction.com Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and revise the project schedule (minimum bi-weekly). • Oversee daily operations and jobsite coordination from start to finish. • Complete daily field reports and detailed weekly updates, including progress photos. • Ensure strict safety compliance with OSHA regulations and GPC protocols. • Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) on submittals, scopes, and communication with owners. • Conduct weekly jobsite safety meetings and submit environmental reports as required. • Manage and enforce cleanliness and organization on all job sites. • Approve and track Time & Material (T&M) tickets, ensuring proper documentation and authorization. • Support field purchasing, ensuring all costs are pre-approved by PM. • Communicate effectively and proactively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related role. • Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial construction processes. Including everything from ground-up construction, site work, wood framing, MEP's and finish work. • Familiarity with union labor is preferred. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes, and submittals with expert-level proficiency. • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be willing to travel for projects and manage out-of-town job sites as needed. • OSHA training/certification preferred.
