MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Benefits • Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $165,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more) • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; retirement savings • Relocation assistance and paid training provided • Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Structural Steel Fitter

STRUCTURAL STEEL FITTER The structural steel fitter plays a crucial role in our structural steel fabrication process. They are responsible for fitting, assembling, and welding structural steel components to create various structures, including buildings, bridges, industrial facilities, and other steel-based constructions. The role requires precision, technical skills, and a solid understanding of structural engineering principles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Reading and interpreting blueprints: Study detailed shop and engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to understand the layout, dimensions, and specifications of the steel components to be fabricated and fitted. • Fitting and assembling: Align, position, and fit steel components together by bolting or welding. Ensure proper alignment and make adjustments as necessary to maintain structural integrity. • Welding and fabrication: Utilize welding techniques, such as arc welding and MIG welding, to permanently join steel components. Follow welding procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality welds and adherence to industry standards. • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate placement and alignment of the steel structures. • Quality control and inspection: Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the fabrication and fitting process to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. • Equipment maintenance: Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and machinery used in the fabrication and fitting process. Report any malfunctions or repair needs to the appropriate personnel. • Safety compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment. Identify potential hazards and report them to the supervisor. • Collaboration and communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
