Responsibilities • Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up tools, and organizing materials • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow on-site • Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks as needed • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision • Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone • Perform general site cleanup to keep the workspace organized and hazard-free • Help with setting up scaffolding, temporary structures, or barriers as required Requirements • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills • Basic understanding of construction site safety practices and procedures • Reliable transportation to and from job sites • Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided • Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team Join us in building something great!
