Qualifications • 3 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree. • Education substitutions: • 6 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, • associate's degree plus 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. • 3 years of construction oversight experience including surveillance, monitoring, and controlling construction of all types (horizontal construction preferred), to ensure compliance with contract documents and to ensure use of proper construction materials and techniques.
