Top Hat Construction, a small family-owned remodeling company, is seeking an experienced and reliable construction professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential construction and general carpentry, with the ability to perform a wide range of skilled tasks independently and efficiently. Responsibilities • Perform residential construction work including bathroom and kitchen remodels, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, painting, flooring installation, siding, drywall, caulking, structural building, and deck construction/repairs. • Restore, repair, and build structural components as needed. • Assemble, install, or remove materials and components according to project requirements. • Assist with general labor duties on various job sites. • Complete daily assigned tasks in a timely, professional, and quality-focused manner. Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in the construction field, specifically in residential construction. • Proficiency in carpentry, cabinet installation, drywall, painting, flooring, siding, deck framing, general structural building and repair work. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a small team. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. • Physical stamina and the ability to safely perform manual labor tasks. Requirements • Must have reliable transportation. • Must have your own basic tools required for daily duties. • Must be able to pass a drug test. • Prior experience in construction or remodeling is required.
