Overview We are hiring a hands-on Superintendent to lead all onsite construction operations for a large project in Ocean City, Maryland. This is an in-the-field leadership role, not a desk job. You will run the site daily, manage crews, solve problems in real time, and own quality, safety, and schedule from start to finish.
