Construction Scheduler

RK&K is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our Construction Management team supporting CM, CEI, and Design programs across multiple locations. In this role, you will be an integral part of our internal Program Management Office, interacting with staff, client project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to analyze schedules, monitor performance, and support project success. Essential Functions • Analyze procurement needs and track critical activities • Support logistics for materials and equipment handling • Monitor program milestones and interdependencies • Update and oversee project schedules and planning • Coordinate with clients to manage contracts • Analyze delays using industry-standard methods • Provide early warnings on schedule impacts • Participate in meetings with project teams and stakeholders Required Skills and Experience • Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction project or program management • Ability to develop and evaluate complex schedules • CPM scheduling experience • Proficient in Primavera P6 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Understanding of contract procedures and principles • Effective communication and strong writing skills • Knowledge of construction logic and sequencing, especially for highway and transportation projects • Ability to work in the field around operating equipment periodically Preferred Skills and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field • Additional 2 years' experience in construction or engineering • Experience with Tilos and Procore software Additional Information This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change as needed.
