Construction Operations Manager

Job Summary FAD Management, LLC is hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of commercial and residential projects in the Camden, DE area. We’re looking for a driven individual who can manage timelines, budgets, crews, and quality — from pre-construction planning through final closeout. Our ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Coordinate with engineers and architects on project design • Handle all permitting and inspection processes • Manage construction site safety with support from Safety Manager • Track and report on budgets for assigned projects • Oversee quality control standards on job sites • Supervise internal construction crews and site superintendents • Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers • Create and maintain detailed construction schedules • Negotiate and prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders • Review and approve construction documents and drawings • Prepare change orders when necessary • Lead project meetings with owners and stakeholders • Complete punch lists and manage project closeout • Submit monthly progress reports to company leadership Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field (preferred) • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (preferred but not required) • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings • Experience planning, sequencing, and managing multiple job sites • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Project • Valid driver’s license required Benefits • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Company vehicle • Company smartphone • Laptop provided • Health insurance • Paid vacation About Us FAD Management is a locally based, community-focused development company.
