Job Description: We are currently hiring Construction General Laborers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry or grow their current skills. You'll be working on various job sites, assisting with a variety of construction tasks to help complete commercial projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards • Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) as needed • Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery under supervision • Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times • Dig trenches, compact earth, and perform other site prep tasks • Set up and take down scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures • Perform site cleanup and maintain and organized work area Requirements: • Previous construction or general labor experience preferred • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks • Reliable transportation to and from job sites • Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions • Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious • High School Diploma or GED preferred Ready to work with a great team and build something you can be proud of?
