What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction related field (or equivalent) • 10+ years' related work experience is required, with 3 years in a lower level managerial/leadership role. • Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at technical facilities housing data centers is preferred. • Must live within driving distance of Atlantic City, NJ international Airport office. • Proven experience with management of multiple trade lower tier sub-contractors. • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity. • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and other standard industry software packages.
