Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise masonry crews on commercial construction projects. • Ensure all masonry work meets project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to direct work activities. • Coordinate effectively with general contractors, project managers, and other trades. • Monitor daily productivity, morale, and crew performance. • Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols, conducting regular safety checks. • Track materials, tools, and equipment needs to maintain efficient workflows. • Train, mentor, and support crew members to build skills and encourage growth. • Provide accurate daily reports on crew progress and project status.
