Key Responsibilities • Perform general labor and concrete tasks including form setting, placement, and finishing. • Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, wheel loaders, and reach forklifts. • Use hand tools, shovels, and other site equipment safely and efficiently. • Assist with rigging and lifting of heavy materials using basic rigging practices. • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals on time-sensitive jobs. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite environment. • Follow direction from foremen and superintendents with professionalism and attention to detail. • Travel to remote jobsites with extended durations; per diem provided. • 90% of travel is required with overnight stay. Qualifications • 5 years of experience in concrete labor or general construction preferred. • Medium-level concrete finishing ability (flatwork, slab, curb, etc.). • Basic knowledge of equipment operation (skid loader, reach forklift, wheel loader). • Familiarity with rigging and lifting safety procedures. • Ability to read tape measures, follow construction plans, and take verbal instruction. • Valid driver's license required. • Must speak and understand English to follow safety protocols and team direction. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and physical ability to perform demanding labor.
