You will be responsible for producing quality estimates for masonry projects by thoroughly reviewing project documents, identifying risks, and ensuring profitability. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure that all aspects of the project are accurately reflected in the estimates. The estimator will also focus on critical issues related to constructability and will be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance company profitability. You will be responsible for producing quality estimates for masonry projects by thoroughly reviewing project documents, identifying risks, and ensuring profitability The Masonry Estimator is responsible for producing accurate and detailed estimates by thoroughly reviewing project documents to ensure alignment with client, architect, and engineer expectations. They evaluate schedules, identify risks, and assess profitability opportunities, including self-perform and brokerage work. The role involves preparing budgets across all project phases, identifying long-lead items, and addressing constructability and logistical challenges.
