Job Description We are looking for an experienced Masonry Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in managing large commercial masonry projects. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in providing accurate cost estimates, preparing bid proposals, and working closely with project managers and teams to ensure the successful delivery of masonry components on large-scale commercial construction projects. Project Manager: Plan and oversee masonry projects from award to closeout Coordinate material procurement, subcontractors, and field crews Monitor project schedule, budget, and job costs Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure work is progressing safely and on schedule Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial masonry estimating and/or project management Strong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and codes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar) Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability For additional information on this opportunity, please contact victor directly at (605) 799-8181.
