HRN Construction & Restoration is now hiring a qualified and experienced Construction/Restoration Estimator Responsibilities: · Meet operational objectives (upholding HRN values and standards, sales goals, client experience) · Inspect locations damaged by disasters (ie.fire or water damage) and create an estimate for repairs using both Xactimate and Symbility Software · Work closely with the Insurance Provider a to create an agreed upon scope of repairs · Obtain a working knowledge of the requirements for each Insurance Provider in order to properly estimate repairs · Maintain relationships with Insurance Agents and Adjusters · Willingness to be on call during rotations for off-hour emergency services · Willingness to work long hours as needed through high volume times · Maintain daily communication with client and Sales/Estimating Manager · Strong understanding of all job scopes and documents · Understanding and maintaining company software (Dash, Xactimate, Xactanalysis) · Travel to job sites on a regular basis as needed with use of company provided vehicle (Approx. 1.5 hours from office) · Maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment to retain and attract top talent Qualifications: · 1+ years in restoration or construction industry · Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility Software · Knowledge of Insurance Industry · Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening prior to hire · Strong Computer Skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) · Strong interpersonal skills Salary: Competitive wages based on experience and sales volume (base salary + commission) Great candidates include former insurance adjusters or restoration estimators HRN Construction & Restoration is a leader and one of the fastest growing companies specializing in fire and water restoration in our area.
