Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, full-time Concrete Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities: • Duties • Prepare and set up work areas by ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available. • Operate concrete mixers and other machinery as needed to mix and pour concrete. • Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand tools, including trowels, floats, and screeds. • Apply various finishing techniques to achieve desired textures and appearances on concrete surfaces. • Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and welders, to ensure project specifications are met. • Perform basic construction estimating to assist in project planning and budgeting. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Assist with hardscape projects and renovations as required, demonstrating versatility in skills such as flooring installation and trim carpentry.
