Job Summary The Construction Lead is a skilled carpenter/remodeler who works directly on projects while serving as the on-site lead. You will perform hands-on remodeling tasks and direct laborers or helpers to keep the job moving efficiently. Responsibilities - Perform hands-on carpentry and remodeling (framing, trim, drywall, flooring, cabinet installs). - Lead and direct laborers or small crews on active job sites. - Read plans and verify measurements. - Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site. - Solve problems on-site and communicate needs to the owner. - Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and professional customer interactions. Qualifications - 4–7+ years of remodeling or carpentry experience. - Ability to lead laborers or small crews. - Strong all-around skills in residential and commercial remodeling. - Able to read plans and follow project specifications. - Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Preferred Experience - Custom cabinetry or millwork installation. - Kitchen and bathroom remodels. - Ability to anticipate project needs and plan ahead.
