The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on various concrete projects, including commercial and residential applications. Responsibilities • Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area. • Operate and maintain concrete mixers and other hand tools effectively. • Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, caulking equipment, and other finishing techniques. • Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure proper installation of forms and reinforcements. • Inspect finished work for quality assurance and compliance with project specifications. • Assist in the renovation of existing structures by removing old concrete and preparing for new installations. • Follow safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment. • Perform basic welding tasks as needed for specific projects.
