Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Coordinate and schedule project activities, including resource allocation and workflow management. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project plans. • Utilize project management software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, and Primavera for effective project scheduling and budgeting. • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines. • Manage subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support as needed. • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including budgets, schedules, and any changes made during construction. • Troubleshoot issues that arise on-site promptly to minimize delays in project completion. Skills • Proficiency in blueprint reading to understand project specifications effectively. • Strong knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols. • Experience with budgeting processes related to construction projects. • Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera for efficient timeline management. • Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical assessments when necessary. • Experience with pipeline construction is a plus. • Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration and communication. • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during the construction process.
