The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for high-voltage commissioning inspection within the substation, ensuring the proper integration of solar-generated electricity into the grid. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5-7 years' experience with high-voltage electrical systems. Construction Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee the field installation of substations and transformers. Attend planning meetings and coordinate with the project team. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the team. Collaborate closely with contractors, subcontractors, and the onsite construction manager. Work with two other inspectors and the regional superintendent to ensure project success. Maintain continuous interaction with external vendors and team members to address any issues promptly. Requirements of the Construction Supervisor: 5-7 years' experience with high voltage electrical systems. A degree is not required, though relevant field experience, an apprenticeship, or a journeyman electrician license is preferred.
