We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer to join our team and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. If you love problem-solving, programming precision equipment, and making an impact on shop-floor performance - this role is for you. What You'll Do • Develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs to support daily operations. • Program and set up precision CNC equipment using G-code, CREO, and Mastercam. • Review blueprints, schematics, and CAD data to ensure accuracy. • Support quoting for new products, including tooling and fixture needs. • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs. • Partner with engineering teams to resolve technical questions. • Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across operations. What We're Looking For • 3+ years of CNC machining/programming experience. • Proficiency with G-code and ability to make hand edits/manual code. • Experience with Fanuc (NC) and Mazak (EIA) controls preferred. • Mastercam and/or PLC programming experience a plus. • Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Associate degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience). HOBE Mill Operator

We invite you to join the Hexcel team at various manufacturing sites, sales offices and R&T centers around the globe. Become a part of the “strength within.” Hexcel is currently seeking a HOBE Mill Operator for our Pottsville, PA, USA location. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: • The HOBE operator is responsible for processing material within the HOBE department. • Read and follow written, and verbal work instructions. • Responsible for maintaining acceptable productivity rates and accuracy requirements. • Responsible for machine setup, tools and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality product. • Run the expander, belting, and HOBE Mill. • Work as a team to complete HOBE trimming, expanding, hand routing, bonding, special process work, trimming of product and pre-packing. • Identify the “L” and the W” of expanded honeycomb and determine cell count and ribbon direction. • Ensures inventory accuracy associated with the product group. • Record transactions in the RF Smart system and maintain accurate inventory levels. • Other duties as assigned by Supervision. Qualifications: • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, required. • Minimum of six months experience required, preferably in manufacturing. • Must have a Forklift Certification or be able to obtain the forklift certification. • Must be detail oriented and possess good organizational skills. • Possess good hand dexterity and eye-hand coordination. • Basic computer skills – WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, required. Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
