Automation Strategist

Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned automation professional to drive business growth through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strategy and delivery. About the Role: • Develop and lead RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery across business functions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, define solution architecture, and oversee end-to-end implementation of RPA initiatives. • Ensure IT services meet agreed-upon standards, quality, and operability as defined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Manage daily operations of Incident and Service Request Management, Problem Management, and Asset Management functions, actively participating in Change and Release Management in both legacy and cloud environments. • Lead skill development and career growth for team members. • Establish key partnerships and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors. • Drive transformation and continuous improvement strategies. • Promote the adoption of automation for routine tasks and processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. • 10+ years of experience building automations using RPA platforms. • 6+ years of development experience with UI Path. • 3+ years of development experience with Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or other DevOps tools. • 3+ years of experience leading teams technically onshore and offshore. • Advanced experience with Ui Path and Power Automate required. • Strong domain knowledge in healthcare or insurance is highly preferred. • Good knowledge of APIs for integrations and cloud-native services. • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications and services preferred. • Good knowledge of programming languages like SQL, C# is highly preferred.
