Available Shifts & Pay Rates: • 1st Shift: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. | $14.50/hour • 2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. | $15.00/hour • 3rd Shift: 11:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. | $15.50/hour What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator: • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging automation machines safely and efficiently. • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. • Replenish materials such as wraps, boxes, glue, and tape at the appropriate automation stations. • Ensure machinery is cleaned and maintained, including removing glue deposits, debris, and other buildup. • Assist with machine repairs and perform preventive maintenance. • Participate in safety training and adhere to all company safety policies. • Cover for Assemblers and Material Handlers during lunch breaks as necessary. • Report any machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
