Experienced CNC Operator - SWING SHIFT 3:00-11:30PM

Summary Produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintains quality and safety standards; keeps records and maintains equipment supplies by performing the following duties. Previous experience required! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Interprets geometric dimensions and tolerances • Operates mills and lathes by following work instructions • Adjust tool offsets and compensations • Loads machine by lifting stock into position. • Verifies setting by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces, adhering to standards • Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations • Keeping accurate counts of job quantities • Take measurements • Detecting malfunctions • Documents actions by completing production and data collection logs. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications • Adhere to and enforce health and safety laws and policies established by the company • Keep an organized and clean workspace. • Performs regular preventative maintenance measures. CNC Repairs and Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reduce production downtime by ensuring that all CNC equipment—including lathe, Swiss, 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines—is running efficiently, safely, and reliably. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively perform routine and preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned machine downtime. • Quickly troubleshoot and repair CNC machines (lathe, Swiss, 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis) to restore production as soon as possible. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using appropriate tools and techniques. • Replace or repair defective components such as motors, spindles, sensors, and drives. • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. • Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records. • Work closely with production staff to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine repair and maintenance. • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and CNC control systems. • Familiarity with multiple types and brands of CNC machines. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on reducing downtime. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
