Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabrication Team Member to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, including experience with cutters, coils, CNC machines, and other fabrication equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and precise production of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Fabrication Operations: Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including cutters, coils, CNC machines, and other tools. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components. Quality Control: Inspect fabricated parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards. Machine Setup: Set up and calibrate machines for specific tasks, ensuring optimal performance and precision. Material Handling: Handle and prepare materials, including cutting, shaping, and assembling components as needed. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on fabrication equipment to prevent downtime and ensure longevity. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabrication, with proficiency in operating cutters, coils, CNC machines, and other related equipment. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in all aspects of fabrication work. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with fabrication equipment and processes. Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in fabrication or related field preferred.
