We are seeking detail-oriented Bag Making Machine Operator to support our production team by setting up, operating, and maintaining bag-forming equipment. The ideal candidate is a driven team player with strong communication skills and an understanding of cGMP and 7S. Key Responsibilities: • Review work orders to understand production requirements, including specs and quantities • Set up machines by loading materials and entering production settings • Configure auxiliary systems such as inkjet printers, sealing components, and gusset/zipper attachments • Install and adjust cutting blades, seal bars, dies, and guides as needed • Start machine runs and monitor operations, making real-time adjustments for speed, temperature, and pressure • Perform routine quality checks using standard tools to ensure size, seal strength, and product integrity • Complete production and shift documentation accurately and on time • Educate and Instruct bag packer • Maintain the 7S standard during your shift.
