CNC Machinist We are seeking a motivated individual to learn and operate up to six automated CNC machines used to sharpen carbide saw blades. This position plays a critical role in maintaining quality, productivity, and safety in our manufacturing process. Responsibilities Operate and monitor CNC machines to sharpen carbide saw blades according to print specifications. Inspect blades during and after processing to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, greasing, and replacing cutting wheels. Maintain smooth workflow by ensuring proper material flow through the production area. Accurately complete all required production and quality control documentation. Communicate material shortages to appropriate team members promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 6S and housekeeping standards. Follow all safety procedures and uphold company policies and ethical standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools for quality control.
