Job Overview We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating multiple CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. These roles require a strong understanding of blueprint reading, tooling, and the ability to work with various materials. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Duties • Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and presses, Laser machines, Saw, Waterjet machines, to manufacture parts as per engineering specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. • Set up tooling and fixtures for production runs, ensuring proper alignment and calibration. • Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products. • Assemble components as required, following established procedures for quality assurance. • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. • Handle materials safely during the production process, adhering to all safety protocols. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency. Experience • Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred. • Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is a plus. • Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of machining processes are essential. • Experience with tooling setup, precision measuring instruments, and materials handling is highly desirable. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
