CNC Operator

TC Glass, an employer in the construction industry, is seeking a position for an in-house CNC Operator. A successful applicant would be responsible for operating computer numeric controlled equipment to fabricate parts for projects. Duties would include, but not limited to, being accountable for material handling of in-coming and fabricated items, organizing and racking of parts discharge, properly labeling parts, operating, cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC equipment. Must be able to read and successfully complete fabrication of all necessary parts lists for assembly. Follow company processes/procedures established in fabrication documents. Adhere to high level company quality control practices for all finished parts fabricated. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: • Machining or metal working degree/certificate. Strong metal working experience also considered. • IT proficient and must be capable of learning industry based computer software programs. • Print reading / interpretation preferred • Well organized, ability to follow instructions precisely • A motivated self-starter • Must be dependable, responsible, and able to report to work on time daily. • Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and take direction. • Must have positive & professional attitude WORKING CONDITIONS: • Requires the ability to lift, push or pull and move up to 70 pounds and must be capable of climbing, kneeling, twisting and bending in a varied environment • Lift work pieces, fixtures and vices to machine manually or with hoist or crane • Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety This position is based in Great Falls, with a typical 40 hour work week of Monday through Friday, 8 to 4:30, with possibility of overtime and/or working a swing shift. CNC Foreman Night Shift

Overview: ADF International, a North American leader in the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of complex steel structures and modular construction, is seeking a Fabrication Foreman for our steel fabrication plant in Great Falls, Montana. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, relevant fabrication, and production experience within the steel fabrication and construction industry. The CNC Foreman supervises and assigns CNC Operators tasks based on production needs. Education, Training, or Work Experience • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency • 5 years CNC manufacturing experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved. • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred. Physical Requirements • Must be able to stand/walk for 10 hours at a time. • Ability to bend, squat, kneel for varying lengths of time. • Ability to fully articulate shoulder, elbow, hand, and wrist. • Must be able to grasp and safely operate hand and power tools. • Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, pull, or carry up to 75lbs. • Must be able to work in various conditions (loud, hot, dusty, cold, etc.). • Must be able to occasionally ascend/descend on ladder. Foremen may occasionally be required to drive to another location, therefore a valid driver’s license is necessary.
