We are looking for reliable candidates who can work well as part of a team. Education, Training, or Work Experience • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency. • Completion of a CNC Machinery training program preferred. Physical Requirements • Must be able to stand/walk for 10 hours at a time. • Ability to bend, squat, kneel for varying lengths of time. • Ability to fully articulate shoulder, elbow, hand, and wrist. • Must be able to grasp and safely operate hand and power tools. • Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift or carry up to 75lbs. • Must be able to work in various conditions (loud, hot, dusty, cold, etc.). • Must be able to occasionally ascend/descend on ladder. The CNC Foreman supervises and assigns CNC Operators tasks based on production needs. Education, Training, or Work Experience • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency • 5 years CNC manufacturing experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved. • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
