This role is responsible for the performance and utilization of their respective machines. Key Accountabilities: • Execute the daily scheduled production expectations for your specific role: 50% • Ensure the finished product meets the specified quality standards: 20% • Keep all manufacturing orders (MOs) organized, transferring all finished work to pallets and label parts: 10% • Maintain accurate status in OSEON: 10% • Keep areas organized, clean and clear of potential hazards: 10% Physical and Safety Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repeatedly. • Stand, walk and move for an entire shift. • Always use applicable PPE. • Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials. The majority of the work will be packaging meat, labeling packages, and running some machines such as the sausage stuffer, tenderizer, patty machine etc. Immediate start. No experience necessary.
