We are looking for Swiss CNC Operator/Helper for our Star CNC screw machines. Job duties will include loading machines with material, in process part inspection, tool and offset adjustment and chip removal. Candidate should be dependable with a strong math and mechanical back ground and should also know how to use basic measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers. Preference will be given to applicants that have general machining knowledge and experience. There is opportunity for growth if the candidate shows the aptitude and will to advance. What You Bring • High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred. • Mechanically inclined preferred. • Fully trained and experienced in the operation of one production machine as defined at each plant and/or equivalent work experience. • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language. • Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Ability to multi-task, focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary. • Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
