Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of related experience on CNC machines. • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, mylars and other engineering data, including assembly drawings. • Must be able to read and use dial calipers, micrometers, steel scales, and other measuring devices. • Must be able to use edge finder / probe system to set and work offsets on HAAS, DMG Mori, and Okuma CNC Machines. • Must be able to work any shift, overtime, weekends and flexible hours as required. • Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data. Physical Requirements: Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes.
