An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Available Shifts: • 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm CST • 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm CST • 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am CST Summary of Essential Job Duties: • Responsible for recognizing visible flaws or defects in lures (ex. color, shape and size). • Operator is required to remain standing and monitoring each assigned machine during entirety of 8 hr. work shift • Practice safe and cautious measures when using oil on machine molds to prevent damage to products. • Assist with other duties deemed necessary as instructed by active supervisor • Maintain a safe and clear walking space around machine • Ensure equipment is free of materials which could damage or cause shift disturbance.
