Security Clearance: None/Not Required Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor, MRO Fabrication to lead day-to-day machining, welding, and fabrication operations within our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business supporting global aviation customers. This role oversees all aspects of production flow, including management of the wash rack and seal station areas, to ensure operational efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, foster team development, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. What you will do: • Work Onsite at our Foley, AL Location • Work a Flexible schedule that will be managed as needed.
