Summary of Position: The Machine Operator I operates, leads and maintains a packaging machine (Bagger/Filler, Indexer, Capper, Case Packer/Maker, Sealers) and/or a production line and ensures it is running efficiently and meeting all quality and production KPIs with minimum supervision.
