Job Duties: Must be able to adjust and operate the following machines used in the fabrication of poles: • Metal Cutting Saws • Punch Press • Drill Press • Hydraulic Bender • Grit Blaster • Paint Spraying Equipment • Burnishing Machine • Coordinates with lead person or departmental supervisor any material or equipment problems to ensure product meets engineering specifications and quality standards. • Must Preform considerable amounts of manual material handling in moving work on and off machines and between operations. • Preforms paperwork necessary for production reporting. • Operates material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, hoist, and hand trucks necessary in the performance of their work. • Preforms housekeeping duties as requires or assigned • Adheres to plant and departmental safety rules.
