What You’ll Do As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by: • Operating manual or CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. • Setting up equipment (feed, speed, temperature) according to established procedures. • Performing tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, and stamping. • Measuring and preparing raw materials to meet precise specifications. • Troubleshooting production and machinery issues as they arise. • Supporting general manufacturing operations as needed. What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. • Familiarity with CNC programming and machining. • Proficiency with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments. • Knowledge of CNC mills/lathes, Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, and manual operations.
