HVAC Service Technician

Moore Home Services has an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated HVAC Service Technician. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail, should have exceptional multi-tasking skills, and be organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, nonexempt, at-will position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors • Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records • Complete all tasks in accordance with Moore Home Services quality and safety standards • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external) • Meet sales goals and metrics • Experience in setting units • Hands-on experience in brazing, zoning, mini splits, e-pumps. • Experience with all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates; Experience with overall operations of the system as a whole. HVAC Install Lead
