Job Type: Full-time Wage Range: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay Schedule: Monday to Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Clarkston/Lewiston/Moscow/Pullman and surrounding areas Essential Functions --Will help with install work regarding heating and air conditioning units including ducting. --A few skills include: measuring & marking locations for ducting & laying out materials, fabricating metal, attaching everything, setting units, putting in thermostats, drop vents into the floors, install air and water filters, moving and placing equipment safely and carefully. --Crawling in tight spaces, working in dark places, climbing and lifting. --Professional image & courteous to home owners, contractors & inspectors. --Beneficial to have welding experience Job Qualifications and Skills --Journeyman or Apprentice HVAC License preferred --Able and willing to follow direction exactly, efficiently, and quickly. --Gather materials, as directed, and load onto a work van in an organized way so it can be pulled off in the right order for the job. --Able to be directed and corrected, and remember standard operating procedures. --Able to lift 50 lbs alone, 80-110 lbs with help of co-worker. --Able to climb and descend a ladder; to crawl in tight spaces; to safely use power tools. --Able to pass a background check.
