The technician will work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide high-quality service. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using tools such as an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment. • Perform equipment repairs on various appliances related to HVAC systems. • Collaborate with clients to design customized HVAC solutions that meet their specific needs. • Work with ammonia refrigeration systems when necessary, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and solutions. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used. Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance. • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, plumbing, equipment repair, and appliance repair. • Familiarity with design concepts related to HVAC installations is a plus. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. • Relevant certifications in HVAC technology or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
