Responsibilities • Keeps equipment clean and operational. Handles and disposes of hazardous and or infectious waste properly and practices infection control. Adheres to regulatory guidelines. • Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of all refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. • Performs troubleshooting and repairs on equipment and systems as assigned. • Maintains the hospital's building automation system and responds to system alarms, making necessary changes to controls and notifies management. • Responds to work order requests and emergencies.
