HVAC-R MECHANIC Facilities Management Full Time Starting Wage: $22.68 per hour/$25.15 after successful completion of probationary period Primary Responsibilities • Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of all campus HVAC mechanical systems. Systems include but not limited to (VAV, CAV, Multi-zone and Dual Duct) air handling unit systems, chilled water systems, boiler (hot water) and steam heating systems, rooftop packaged D/X systems, etc. • Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of all campus control systems.
