We're seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate at peak performance. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment for our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support the seamless operation of our world-class culinary team. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment • Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems • Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections • Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards • Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues Core Equipment You'll Work On • Refrigeration: Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines • Cooking Equipment: Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets • Ventilation & HVAC: Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems • Dishwashing & Sanitation: High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems Live affordably in a city known for its rising tech talent.
