Experience • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role is preferred. • Familiarity with various HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating equipment is essential. • Strong background in equipment repair and property maintenance is highly valued. • Knowledge of appliance repair techniques is a plus. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues effectively.
