As a service technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing top-notch HVAC repair and maintenance services.Responsibilities- Conducting comprehensive inspections on HVAC systems and identifying any issues or malfunctions.- Conducting repairs and providing regular maintenance services on HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation systems, and air quality systems.- Identifying and recommending HVAC upgrades, modifications, and new installations to our clients.- Providing expert guidance to clients on HVAC system maintenance and optimal use of their systems to keep them in top condition.- Keeping track of equipment and parts inventory and ordering new parts and supplies when necessary.- Providing exceptional customer service and attending to client inquiries and complaints.Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.- Certification in HVAC systems repair, maintenance or installation.- At least 3 years' experience as an HVAC technician.- Up-to-date knowledge of HVAC repair and maintenance best practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and under minimal supervision.- Must have a valid driver's license.At Air Repair Cooling and Heating, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality HVAC services to our clients.
