Prepare and present reports on team performance, project progress, and equipment condition to management. • Allocate and manage resources effectively, including tools, equipment, and materials, to ensure the team can perform their duties efficiently. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance and repair operations. • Lead the team in responding to emergency situations, such as power outages or equipment failures, to ensure minimal disruption to facility operations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
