Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice to join our team in the electrical industry. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience while working alongside skilled professionals. The Apprentice will assist in various electrical tasks, learn essential skills, and contribute to projects on construction sites. Duties • Assist experienced electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. • Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. • Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines to ensure compliance with safety standards. • Support low voltage installations and troubleshooting under supervision. • Conduct basic measurements using voltmeters and other electrical testing equipment. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. • Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to all safety protocols. Experience • Previous experience or coursework related to commercial or industrial electrical work is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic electrical concepts is advantageous. • A willingness to learn about blueprint reading, NEC regulations, low voltage systems, and electrical troubleshooting techniques. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks efficiently. Journeyman Electrician - Up to $40.02 DOE +$2 for shift + 10% Quarterly Bonus

The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for the installation and repair of electrical fixture apparatus, wiring, and controls equipment. The selected candidate will also be responsible for planning new or modified installations intended to provide access for future maintenance and avoid hazardous configurations. Must possess a current Journeyman Electrical License for the State of Idaho. Pay: • Depending on experience, pay range is $35.32 to $40.02 per hour (range increases to $36.28 to $41.07 on August 1, 2025) • Additional $2.00 per hour if working rotating shifts (days/nights) • Additional Retention Bonus of 10% of wages paid each quarter Benefits: • Eligible for benefits after 30-days of employment. • Health care plan with $0 premium cost out of your paycheck! Essential Job Requirements: • Must have own set of Electrical Journeyman hand tools. • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of various electrical trouble shooting methods used in commercial and manufacturing plant operations. • Must have the ability and demonstrate willingness to work various hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays. • Perform a wide range of electrical and repair functions using acceptable troubleshooting methods, arrive at proper solutions, and make necessary repairs in a timely and acceptable manner. • Be able to review scope of work and report findings to the appropriate supervisor or manager. • Work Safely and in compliance with standard and company safety policies and procedures. • The selected candidate must also be able to pass a drug test, post offer physical agility test and background check. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Must be able to read blueprints and successfully trouble shoot electrical equipment. • Must be physically capable of climbing ladders and stairs several times per shift. • Must be able and willing to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Must be able to work at various heights, using ladders, scaffolding or other equipment as necessary. Qualifications: • Must possess a current Journeyman Electrical License for the State of Idaho • Three to five years of experience working in Commercial or Manufacturing environment. • Be able to identify and properly use several different types of Electrical tools. • Ability to troubleshoot and take corrective action. • Repair equipment such as various size motors, generators and turbines or other related process equipment normally found within the scope of a manufacturing plant, such as, but not limited to 3-phase 480-volt power distribution systems, troubleshoot motor starters and circuit breakers, medium voltage 4160, large electrical generators, troubleshoot control wiring VFD’s and PLC’s.
