Job Summary We are seeking energetic experienced Construction Carpenters demonstrating skills in multiple areas of construction including rough and finish carpentry, Cabinetry and Millwork installation, Doors & Door Hardware installation. Experience with drywall hanging, finishing, caulking, painting and other finishes would be helpful but not required. Duties • Complete tasks assigned within specific timelines. • Complete tasks within specific tolerances and codes. • Keeps job site clean. • Ensures quality. • Follow all safety rules and procedures. • Attend weekly safety meetings. • Preforms work in compliance with all safety rules and procedures. • Constructs, repairs, restores and installs structures such as Floors, doors, walls, window, stairways, furniture, cabinets, shelves, kitchen equipment & roofs. • Installs locks, knobs, hinges, closures and other fixtures to structures. • Basic knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety procedures. • Ability to read and understand Blueprints and specifications. Experience • Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship. General duties will include hanging doors and hardware installation, install trim carpentry, install cabinets and worktops, construct forms, perform selective demolition labor and clean.
