Job Title: Carpenter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter with over 2 years of professional carpentry experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings, expertise in various carpentry techniques and tools, strong problem-solving and math skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities • Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials • Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures/fixtures • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment • Perform framing and rough carpentry as well as trim and finish carpentry tasks Skills Needed/Wanted • 2+ years of rough/finish carpentry experience • Commercial construction experience is a plus! • Ability to read blueprints and communicate with jobsite foreman • Ability to lift 50lbs • Ability to work in the elements • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
