The franchisee owner-operator would be responsible for a territory in the Iowas City area. Kitchen Refresh franchises are independently owned and operated. The hourly wage range is an estimate based on profit rates of product sales relative to time spent on business. Actual pay rate may be more or less depending on how closely you follow the systems and other factors. Franchisees can also earn additional profits on upsell and cross sale opportunities.
