Compensation: $52,000 - $73,000 yearly DOE Responsibilities: • Confirm flooring, roofing, and drywall are level and compatible • Build door and window frames, stairways, rafters, and partitions • Chisel and assemble kitchen cabinets, drywall, siding, and furniture • Read blueprints and sketches to fully grasp the requirements • Calculate, shape, cut, and smooth materials • Work with our team to efficiently remodel our recently purchased homes • Must have own set of basic tools, and skill-specific equipment provided by the company for use • Load and unload construction materials and tools • Framing • Installing trim and baseboards • Drywall Hanging • Minor Painting • Installing tile bath surrounds • Installing vinyl plank flooring • Installing doors and windows Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license required • Strong measuring and math skills required • Candidate must have successfully completed a carpentry apprenticeship • High school diploma or GED preferred • Great physical condition and dexterity • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in your approach • Must be open to coaching • Must have exceptional problem-solving skills • Confidence in your ability to work with a new team • Self-directed • Minimum 2 years of construction experience • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with great time management skills • Must be ambitious!
