Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices, but we are willing to take on those new to the field for on the job training. This role involves working on diverse projects that require both precision and creativity, contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial builds. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing tasks that range from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. Duties • Perform construction estimating to assess project needs and costs • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with attention to detail • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution • Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as needed • Participate in fabrication tasks, including cabinet installation and door hanging • Conduct roofing, siding, and flooring installation projects • Ensure high-quality construction painting and caulking finishes • Collaborate with team members on various construction site duties while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications • Preferred experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry • Familiarity with woodworking techniques and materials • Ability to lift heavy materials as required by job tasks • Experience with metal stud framing, CNC operation, assembly, and fixture installation is a plus • Strong understanding of the restoration industry practices is preferred • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues Join our team of dedicated professionals where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference in every project we undertake.
