Duties • Oversee carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. • Perform various carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, door hanging, and construction painting. • Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project timelines and material needs. • Collaborate with other trades on-site, including plumbing and electrical teams, to ensure seamless project execution. • Manage the installation of stucco and other exterior finishes as needed. • Address water damage restoration tasks as required, ensuring structural integrity and safety. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations. • Assist in training and mentoring junior carpenters and apprentices on best practices and techniques. • Perform heavy lifting as necessary for materials and equipment during the course of work.
